JUANES CONCERT!

On April 17th Leo hit the road to stay with Phil, Lauren, andthe kiddos for a few days and to go see JUANES in concert! We had an awesome time! We got there (Crossroads,Texas) too late to see the kiddos but we were able to sit and talk with Phil and Lauren for a bit. The next day we were watching tv when Eralee started to want to play the little piggies. I got her to play with Leo and was able to get some cute shots. We were also able to get a few of Mack showing us his belly button!

We went on a walk around the lake that is in their neighborhood and found a makeshift fishing pole. Since Eralee wasnt eating her lunch, that is what the boys put on the hook to feed the fish. We didn't catch any fish, but we were able to watch them nibble off the hook until it was clean!

Then the main attraction... JUANES!! Juanes, for those of you who don't know, is a Columbian rocker. Leo introduced him to me while we were dating and I really liked him. Our wedding dance was even one of his, Para Tu Amor. When his new album came out this past October we pre-ordered it on itunes and were able to also pre-purchase concert tickets before they were available to the general public. I was able to get us floor tickets, which I gotta say, was awesome! We had such an awesome time and Capri enjoyed it too!! Afterwards, when we were watching video back from the concert she started moving like crazy!

IT'S A GIRL!!

We went to have another ultrasound this morning and baby is totally a girl and her name is Capri. Leo of course was hoping for a boy and I was hoping for a girl. It's so crazy to finally know that it's a girl and can start calling her Capri instead of Mili and baby.
She is right on target at 8 oz. and 18 weeks and 3 days. Only a week and a half to go until I reach the halfway point!
And I still haven't gained any weight! Yea me!

jobs

I'm ready for a new job people! But at he same time, I'm totally terrified. I have been working for doc for 4 and a half years. If I stay until the baby comes, I will hit my 5 year mark. Yes, I'm stable. But that also means that I have no idea how to interview. I love love love most of my patients with a few that are very special to me. Dave, Susie, Denie, you know who you are!
Lisa called me about a week ago and told me about an opening where she works. At first, I was thinking, night shift? I don't know, but I applied anyway. Now a day shift is open, and I am praying that I will be offered the position if it is the Lords will. I know that I have to work after baby comes, and these positions are 12 hour shifts 3 days a week. If the schedule works perfectly, I wouldn't have to use a babysitter EVER while Leo and I work.Except of course for mom, but she isn't a babysitter, she's grandma! That of course is the best case senario. So, I am praying, that I will get a call for an interview and do it well enough that they hire me. Please pray!

And you thought that this would be another post about baby....
